I work with people and businesses. My skillset and approach are the same for both: find the disharmony in the system and bring it back into coherence.
I spent twenty years building digital products, platforms and brands. I then retrained within a number of healing modalities, before developing my own.
I started in the world of evidence-based medicine and biochemistry and ended up in the world of energy and mysticism. Because I’m convinced we need a blended approach to how we engage with reality: evidence and belief held in equal balance.
I draw on both worlds across all aspects of my work. Instinct gives me an immediate read on whether something will work, where I need to go and what I need to do. Experience allows me to then be able to facilitate what’s necessary.
What I consult on
Product, growth and the systems around them. I work with founders and entrepreneurs to get their product or service finished, robust and ready for market. They come away understanding how it works, how people will use it and with deeper insight into why they’re building it in the first place.
Health, healing, therapy and human effectiveness are where I’m most at home. But the sector matters less than the relationship itself. If I believe in what you’re building and we connect on a human level, the collaboration will feel seamless.
I’m looking for people who are building or have built something tangible and want a senior partner to help sharpen and bring their idea to life.
Alongside the business skills, I bring raw honesty and humanity. Nearly ten years spent trying to understand myself and how systems operate beneath the surface means that I’ve got nothing to prove to you or anyone else who’s engaged on the project.

My Guiding Principles
Polarity in everything
Life expresses in polarity. When does hot become cold and cold become hot? It’s one spectrum with two opposing poles that also exist within each other. Everything expresses in this way. I approach all aspects of my professional life as serious and playful in equal measure.
Chaos into order
Chaos and order are the universal laws which underpin all creative expression. Chaos must cohere into order to then become chaos again. Chaos without order means nothing moves forward. Order without chaos means nothing new is created. I instinctively bring order to chaos.
Honesty with compassion
Honesty without compassion wounds. Compassion without honesty avoids. Being clear about what can and can’t be done builds trust and so does asking when something isn’t understood. I say what needs to be said, with care for how it lands and for the perspective of others.
Preference over judgement
Judgement creates separation and a hierarchical position of superiority. Preference flattens hierarchy and keeps everyone humble. I don’t believe others should be judged for their choices, behaviours or actions. “That’s just not for me” is the position that I’d prefer to hold.
Obsession with detail
“If a job’s worth doing it’s worth doing well” were words passed down directly from my father. All pieces of the puzzle matter, not just the fun or creative parts. I’m built to obsess about the things that no one else cares about and to ensure that even the most menial tasks are given the right amount of attention.
Everything has to belong
What’s excluded persists. What isn’t said finds another way to express itself. Everything has to be included in order for the system to find balance. I make sure that everything has the spotlight upon it. Even the murkiest corners and especially what’s uncomfortable to see, hear or feel.
What I’ve built myself
Inner Cohesion
A healing system that I’ve developed for working with humans in a one-to-one setting and longer term in workshop and retreat settings. The work is informed by all of my training, my life experience and the wisdom that I’m receiving from the apprenticeships I’m engaged in with my teachers.
